this cake is a small cessna airplane flying over the clouds. the clouds are made of cake as is the base. the wings and tail are made of sugar cookie
the body of the plane is made of white chocolate and rice crispies coated with royal icing! the propeller is made of gum paste. there are 3 bamboo skewer's supporting the plane. it was an interesting challange!

My father and myself are pilots, so I really like this cake! Is that plane a 172 skyhawk? Kinda looks like one except that 172s don't have retractable landing gear. Man, if you were closer than Canada I would hire you to do one of these for my Dad.
