this is the front view of the grand prize winning wedding cake at the great american cake show
the theme was weddings across america. you had to pick a state and make a cake that symbolized the escenece of that state, i chose alaska. the indian lodge on the front is totem byte state park in ketchican alaska. i've actually been there :D the state sport is dog mushing and the state motto is "north to the future"
its really really cool. >:)

oh wow! this is beautiful ^^ i actually lived in alaska for 14 years (birth to 14) and going back for college, but from this amazing cake i have to say it actually reminds me of home :) i love the totem pole especially! again you did an amazing job! :D
