I made this for my daughters boyfriends brother. he's into D&D so he wanted a dragon on his cake. He's also a choco-holic so all of the sculpture on this cake is made of different kinds of chocolate the dragon is white chocolate and the rock formations in dark chocolate the cake itself if filled with chocolate mousse YUMM ^__^
Wow...that's awesome. O.o If you don't mind my asking, what do you use to "paint" the dragon? (knows little about the art of cake making) I love how you put so much detail into the dragon.
Oooooh my goodness, this is amazing! Not only is the dragon and his environment well done, that cake sounds amazing, and ISN'T covered in fondant. You are amazing, and I wish I had talent like yours! My mother was a cake professional but she never made me a dragon cake. You are phenomenal and and I applaud you and all the work you spent on this! (Hope it was tasty too!)
It was berry yummy if you like chocolate. I try not to use fondant or inedible supports if I can avoid it. You should check out my "green dragon cake. There are no inedibles there either and it is a large sculpted cake. The only fondant on it is the eyeballs.
*drools, wipes chin* Oh, it's lovely! And sounds delicious! I am also a D&D gamer, and a chocoholic. I might have trouble sharing a cake like that... I'd want it all to myself! *Muwahahahahahaaaa! Mine! ALL MINE!* Ahem. *Attempts innocent expression. Fails.*
